The only reason they collected the item at their cost was because I raised a dispute with eBay. It's a real shame as the seller was quick to respond and was courteous throughout. If the product had matched the description, it would be in my kitchen!

Quality, well designed appliance.
Bought this to replace our 15 year old fridge freezer. Only had it a week or so but I like the clear freezer boxes and little touches like the fridge light at the front of inside of the fridge so it isn't blocked by food items. The door shelves are also a good size. There are cheaper fridge/freezers but hopefully this will last as long as our last fridge/freezer.
